My story
I am creative and spontaneous. I love venturing into nature in search of adventure. My enthusiasm often kept me in “doing mode,” which at times led me to push beyond my limits, resulting in serious health issues. In that constant doing, I had forgotten to listen to what my body truly needed.
Through yoga, meditation, and bodywork, I’ve regained connection with my body. Maintaining that balance in today’s hectic life is essential for good health. Now that I know how to sustain this balance for myself, I am eager to help others do the same.
