About the event

Een herbronningsweekend dat is rust vinden en ont-stressen, met yoga en wandelingen door de natuur. 

Dat is genieten van de zonsopgang en de schoonheid bewonderen van de zon die ondergaat.

Dat zijn fijne babbels aan het kampvuur en momenten van reflectie. Dat is gezonde voeding en veel tijd voor ontspanning. 

Dat is tijd voor jezelf om weer voluit in’t leven te staan.

  • 2 overnachtingen, 1pers. bed in gedeelde 2, 3 of 4 pers.kamer

  • Dagelijks yoga en lichaamswerk 

  • Meditaties en ademhalingsoefeningen.

  • Empowering circles bij het kampvuur.

  • Sunset en sunrise rituelen.

  • Hikes in de mooie natuur

  • Zwemmen in het binnenzwembad

  • Ontspanning en spierherstel in de infrarood sauna

Inclusief gezonde maaltijden en snacks, verse smoothies/sappen, kruidenthee en water.
