Booking & Cancellation

Registration & Payment

• By paying your deposit or full fee, you agree to these terms.

• Weekend retreats: full payment required upfront.

• Week-long retreats: deposit at registration, remaining balance due 8 weeks before the retreat.

• Registrations within 8 weeks must be paid in full immediately.

Final Registration

• Registration is confirmed once deposit or full payment is received.

Voluntary Participation

• Participation is fully voluntary. You may skip activities, but this does not allow for refunds or replacements.

Cancellation by Participant

• Up to 2 months: 50% refund

• Up to 1 month: 25% refund

• Up to 2 weeks: 10% refund

• Within 2 weeks: no refund

Substitution

• You may send a replacement participant if Puur Balance IVdO is notified at least 7 days prior.

Administrative Fees

• If Puur Balance IVdO arranges a replacement or reschedules, a €150 administrative fee applies.

Cancellation by Puur Balance IVdO

• Retreats may be canceled due to force majeure, instructor illness, or low registration. Fees will be fully refunded; other compensation is excluded.

Exclusion from Participation

• Puur Balance IVdO may refuse participation without explanation.

Liability & Safety

• Participation is at your own risk. Puur Balance IVdO is not liable for injuries, damage, loss, or theft.

• Complaints must be submitted in writing and will be addressed within 14 days.

Medical Disclaimer

• Yoga and walks are recreational, not a substitute for medical care. Consult your doctor if needed.

• Walks may be physically demanding; average fitness required.

• Report physical complaints to the instructor before class. Always listen to your body.

Program Changes

• Instructors’ illness, pregnancy, or other unforeseen circumstances may lead to program adjustments. Quality replacements are ensured and communicated by email.

House Rules

• Locations are smoke-free. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

• Respect all participants regardless of religion, beliefs, background, gender, or orientation.

• Participants are responsible for the venue; damages will be charged to the responsible party.

• Misconduct may result in removal without refund.

• Audio/video recordings only with explicit permission.

Travel & Insurance

• Travel insurance is mandatory; cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

• International retreats are covered by a special event insurance policy for your peace of mind.
