It’s not about how flexible you are, how strong, or how beautifully you hold a pose. Those things may come, but they’re not the point.
It’s about coming home. Into your body. Into yourself.
About learning to feel again—truly feel—without judgment, without comparison.
Because your body is unique. You are unique.
For me, yoga is a path inward in a world that constantly pulls us outward.
A way to listen to the whispers of your soul, to your inner truth beyond thinking. This is where I place the focus in my classes.
Each class emerges from the moment—tuned to the energy of the season, the group, and my intuition.
I blend different styles and techniques: from Vinyasa to Yin, from myofascial work to Qi Gong, Shiatsu, and somatic relaxation.
No fixed form, but a fixed intention: guiding you back to your essence.
