Een workshop rond oprechte verbinding,  met jezelf, met elkaar en met

het grotere veld dat we samen creëren.

Deze workshop is een uitnodiging om te vertragen en opnieuw af te stemmen op de liefdevolle plek in jezelf.
Van daaruit openen we samen een krachtig veld van verbinding, waarin zachtheid, aanwezigheid en echte ontmoeting centraal staan.

Veel van wat we in het dagelijks leven tonen,

is gekleurd door oude ervaringen, beschermingsmechanismen en conditioneringen die ooit nodig waren om ons veilig te houden.
In deze ruimte nodig ik je uit om daar niet tegen te vechten, maar er even zacht voorbij te zakken.
Om elkaar te ontmoeten op een diepere laag.
Voorbij rol, masker of verwachting.
Voorbij het pantser dat we soms rond

ons hart hebben gebouwd.
Meer in contact met wat waarachtig,

levend en liefdevol is.

Je mag een warme, gedragen ervaring verwachten waarin verbinding niet alleen iets is wat we begrijpen met ons hoofd, maar iets wat voelbaar wordt in het lichaam en in het veld tussen mensen.
Zonder druk.
Zonder dat je “iets moet kunnen”.
