retreats
Wild and free, just as you are

Get a break !!!
What if you could simply step away for a while?
Step away from… all your stories,
all your to-do’s,
all your tasks,
and all the roles you carry.
What if you could arrive in a place where all that noise gently fades away—
and you can finally hear your heart speak again?
A place where nothing is asked of you,
where nothing is expected,
where there is no judgment, no pressure.
A place where you can simply be.
To rest, to replenish,
to experience the present moment fully.
To savor the little things—
and with each breath,
each step,
come closer to yourself.
Leaving the mind behind,
and sinking deeper into your body,
into your truth,
into what truly matters to you.
So that you can come home again.
Home to yourself.
To your own rhythm.
To what nourishes you at the deepest level.
You are precious, just as you are
-
terug voelen wat jij nodig hebt
-
ruimte om gewoon even te ZIJN
Maar tegelijk:
-
blijft het leven doorgaan
-
voelt meerdere dagen weggaan te groot
-

The key to success is found on the path of most resistance.
Sometimes “stepping away from it all” doesn’t feel so simple.
Especially when your system is used to always being switched on.
Slowing down or letting go can even feel unsafe—
simply because you’ve become so accustomed to keeping up.
And yet…
That is often exactly what your body longs for:
A different environment.
A slower rhythm.
A place where you are finally allowed to sink in and rest.
Because if you keep responding in the same way,
you’ll keep attracting the same patterns you’ve always known.
Change begins gently, within yourself.
With a first step.
A choice for yourself.
Choosing yourself is not selfish—
it is an act of love.
Self-care that goes deeper than a bath or a walk.
Self-care that nourishes your roots.
Because only when you are nourished,
can you truly be present for others.
Do you feel a quiet “yes, but…” rising?
Know this: that’s okay.
That inner doubt often only wants to keep you safe.
But sometimes, you are invited to feel beneath it.
What story is still holding you back?
What belief whispers that maybe you don’t deserve this?
Dare to listen.
Not with your head, but with your heart.
Because it is there—in that honest feeling—
that the key to softness, rest, and true change is often found.

A gift to yourself
A retreat is a gift to yourself.
A chance to step completely away from your daily routine, allowing yourself to land in a space that breathes calm, where nothing is expected of you.
Far from constant stimulation, there’s room to truly feel. To breathe. To settle.
And quietly return to who you are at your core.
During these days, you are invited to connect with your body, your heart, and your intuition—through yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, natural silence, and the power of being together.
What you will rediscover:
✨ A calmer nervous system
✨ Greater inner peace, focus, and clarity
✨ A deeper connection with your body and intuition
✨ A reminder of your inner strength
✨ The healing power of nature and connection
We move gently and mindfully. Sometimes in silence, sometimes in motion. Sometimes within yourself, sometimes in connection with others.
There is no pressure to perform. No goal. Only presence.
The support of the group, the beauty of nature, and the daily practices help you come home to yourself, step by step.

Je hoeft alleen open te staan om jezelf even centraal te zetten.
A's to your Q's

Who is the one inviting you to walk this path together?
I’m Iris — creative, spontaneous, and deeply attuned to the beauty of life.
I love wandering into nature, seeking moments of wonder and adventure.
For a long time, I lived mostly in doing-mode.
My enthusiasm kept me moving forward,
but often at the cost of forgetting my own limits.
Until my body had no choice but to say stop.
Serious health challenges forced me to slow down—
and to listen. Not to what was expected of me,
but to what my body — my whole system — truly needed.
Yoga, meditation, and somatic practices brought me back home into my body.
And in that homecoming, closer to myself. To my essence.
That journey taught me that living in balance
is not a luxury, but a necessity.
For the sensitive.
For the deep feelers.
For the givers.
Now that I have found — or rather, keep rediscovering — that balance,
I feel called to share my experiences, insights, and tools
with those who long for the same.
I offer guidance within a space of softness, clarity, and safety.
Not to “fix” anything,
but to help you remember what already lives within you.
I am a certified yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner,
and over the past years I have immersed myself in various forms of body-oriented and somatic work.
With love, gentleness, and presence,
I pass on both knowledge and lived experience.
A's to your Q's
I'm nervous about traveling alone. Can I travel together? A few weeks beforehand, you can connect with other participants through an online platform to arrange a meeting. I'm often tired and low on energy. Is this right for me? The hikes are sometimes challenging, but it's not about the mileage or the pace. You walk at your own pace, and I offer plenty of alternatives for yoga and exercise. If you're low on energy, you might have already been pushing yourself too hard. Your body is telling you that you need to change and rest. This is exactly what we're working on: reconnecting with what your body/you need. I notice that participants often have more energy than they anticipated. There are no more energy leaks. You have the time and space to just BE; you DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. I'm not very good in groups/I'm naturally quite introverted. Is this kind of group right for me? I deliberately choose small groups because this allows you to connect more easily and meet like-minded people. Past retreats have demonstrated the power of such an intimate group. You quickly build a bond of trust: everyone learns from each other. The sense of belonging, connection, recognition, and acknowledgement helps you gain greater insight. -Are single rooms available? Depending on the retreat, it's sometimes possible to book a single room. However, most rooms are shared. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the rooms are spacious enough and the beds are sufficiently spaced. Do you need to retreat occasionally? The retreat offers plenty of places to retreat. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue so we can accommodate. -I'd like to explore the area, is this possible? The schedule and daily schedule offer plenty of breaks, but it follows a specific structure and dynamic, making extended solo trips impossible. -Is transportation to/from the destination included? No, transportation isn't included; this gives you the opportunity to stay a little longer and explore the area on your own. All transportation during the retreat is included. -Do I need to have any yoga experience? You don't need any prior knowledge. You don't need to be flexible or muscular. Just be open to yoga and its philosophy. -Can I check in early? No, check-in is not possible before the specified time.
